Looking to improve your health without the commute to the gym?

Radial workouts are carefully crafted, full body workouts that will challenge you right from the comfort of your own home. Everyday you have the option of a “Full Gym” or “Bodyweight” workout. We have members who workout from their garage, apartment or at a local gym.

How does it work? It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3….and 4.

Step 1.
Go to our partner app, SugarWOD, where you can see the workout of the day and watch videos of each movement!

Step 2.
Start YOUR favorite workout music!

Step 3.
Go through the warm up of the day for Full Gym if you have equipment available, otherwise, do the Bodyweight Warm Up.

Step 4.
When you’re ready to go – Start a clock! Once you finish the workout, you can log your score in the app to track your progress!

MEET THE COACHES

AMANDA

Amanda is a Certified Health and Fitness instructor (Pierce College) and CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2) with over 5 years of coaching experience. Her love of fitness began in her days of high school swim team and has has only grown since then. Now, a mom to one beautiful daughter, Amanda has even more motivation to be healthy herself and her family.

DAN

Dan is a Certified CrossFit Trainer (L3). His approach to training has been shaped from his time as a college athlete, 9 years in the Army, and over 10 years as a CrossFit trainer. He, his wife, four year old son, and dog Briggs live in the Seattle area and miss the sun.
